Emergency IT Support
Starting in April of 2021, we’ve decided to provide businesses in Wichita and surrounding areas emergency IT support without an existing business relationship. Give us a call at (316) 210-7112, give us a good description of the problem and your contact information, and we will get in touch as soon as possible! In order to serve you, we’ll need the following:
- Business name and address
- Primary contact information (Name, phone, email)
- Up-front PayPal payment of the minimum service fee (Currently $250.00 for the first hour. $125/hour for additional time)
Once all those items are good to go, the on-call IT support technician will work with you to diagnose and repair your issue, regardless of whether that requires remote-control or an on-site visit.
We are more than happy to be your emergency support provider, even if you use another IT consulting firm in Wichita. If they don’t provide emergency support or aren’t available in a timely manner, give us a call, but know that for some issues, we will need to have credentials (username and password) that will provide us administrative access to your network.
