We all know about the contacts folder in Microsoft Outlook.\u00a0 Let’s look at the list of people you know that probably should be contacts, but you’ve forgotten about them.<\/p>\n

Step 1<\/strong>:\u00a0 Open Outlook and go to the Contacts<\/strong> tab:<\/p>\n

Step 2<\/strong>:\u00a0 Look for your contacts folder (it should be highlighted).\u00a0 It will be labelled Contacts<\/strong>.\u00a0 This is your normal contacts folder.\u00a0 The one we’re looking for is labelled Suggested Contacts<\/strong>.\u00a0 Let’s click on it.<\/p>\n

Step 3<\/strong>:\u00a0 Go through the list of contacts on the right.\u00a0 These are people you have emailed and may not have a true contact for.\u00a0 Double-click the contact and add additional emails.\u00a0 They will now show up in your normal contacts list.<\/p>\n

You may find people you need to follow up with, reconnect with, or people you deal with all the time that are missing from your list.\u00a0<\/p>\n
