At Proper, we understand that a network or computer outage can be a disaster and sometimes those outages occur at the worst times! For existing clients, our emergency services are available 24/7/365 at a standard overtime rate. For new clients, we charge a flat fee of $250 for the first hour and $125 for any additional hour, billed in one hour increments, paid via Paypal in advance. Please note, if you are currently using another IT service, we will likely need to have administrative usernames and passwords to resolve issues.
